Green Mount Cemetery invites you to contact us with your burial research inquiries. We ask that all requests be submitted in writing or via the online Genealogy Request Form.
Upon confirmation of burial, we will email an invoice for requested records and/or pictures of markers. The email will contain a link to pay online as well as a link to download the invoice for traditional mail if that is your preference (mailing address is listed on the invoice).
You may also send your research request to us through the mail or by facsimile. The mail-in form can be downloaded and printed HERE.
**Please understand that it may take 2-3 weeks to receive a response depending upon our current workload.

We will also take digital images of family lots, monuments, or individual headstones at your request. Please see the Genealogy Request Form for instructions and costs.
For questions or information regarding burial information requests, please complete the form below. We will provide burial confirmation for two individuals free of charge, additional requests and further research will be conducted at a cost of $5.00 per individual and we ask that you submit those requests via the Genealogy Request Form.
